The problem
Organisations that run shared transport — NGOs, corporate fleets, estates — coordinate vehicles, drivers, and bookings manually, with no real-time visibility into availability, trip status, or compliance. Riders and dispatchers have no shared system, leading to double-bookings, missing trip logs, and unaccounted fuel and mileage.
What we built
- Multi-tenant booking and trip-coordination platform with role-based access (custodian/admin, drivers, staff, security).
- Real-time vehicle availability and scheduling with automatic conflict prevention and overdue-return alerts.
- Driver trip logging: mileage and fuel before/after, incident notes, and receipt photo uploads syncing to a dispatcher dashboard.
- Fuel and expense management with pre-approval, per-trip expense tagging, and monthly audit summaries.
- Compliance, maintenance reminders, key-management tracking, and reporting/audit dashboards.
