We design, deploy, and operate infrastructure and software for enterprises, estates, and government across Nigeria and the United States — with named accountability at every stage.

We started in 2022 as an infrastructure services partner — installing smart-home systems, CCTV grids, Microsoft 365 tenants, and solar deployments for residential, hospitality, and government clients across Nigeria. From the beginning, we operated as a single accountable entity: the engineer who scoped the job is the one who shows up on the day and picks up the phone two years later.

Doing that work taught us how Nigerian organisations actually procure, deploy, and live with technology — which processes work, which vendors are reliable in this market, and what a long-term service relationship requires to be worth signing. That operational knowledge now runs through everything we build: the software products we ship in-house, the enterprise managed-service contracts we hold, and the federal-scale civic platforms we have delivered under government procurement rules.

In 2025 we incorporated a Delaware C-corp through Stripe Atlas so that partners on either continent can contract with us inside their own regulatory framework without negotiating cross-border every time. The same engineering team. Two ways to sign.
