We are a small, technical team operating at real scale — federal-grade systems, estate-wide networks, and software used by tens of thousands of people. We hire people who want to own the outcome, not hand off the problem.
Most of what we do involves walking into a building, working out what needs to be deployed, deploying it, and then living with the operational consequences for years. We do not have a support tier that handles the calls after delivery — the engineers who built the system are the people who maintain it.
That means we hire for ownership, not role boundaries. A field engineer on a hospital project needs to understand the network topology enough to know what a software integration will break. A software engineer building a civic platform needs to understand what happens when the server goes down during an election.
We are Abuja-based. Some roles can operate remotely for the right person. We respond to every application within one business week.
Who we hire
Three disciplines, one standard.
We hire across engineering, field operations, and project management. The common thread is technical seriousness and willingness to own the outcome.
Engineering
Software engineers who have shipped production systems — TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres, and cloud infrastructure. We value engineers who can read a requirement, write a spec, and own the outcome end to end.
Field & installation
Network, CCTV, access-control, smart-home, solar, and AV engineers. We deploy to estates, hotels, hospitals, and government buildings. You need to be comfortable on a site with constraints and figure out how to make it work.
Operations & project management
People who can hold a project and a client at the same time. Our projects run for months to years. Project managers who are technically literate and comfortable writing documentation do well here.
How we work
What the day-to-day looks like.
Projects are scoped properly before they start. We write specs, hold design reviews, and document what we deliver — because we are the ones who will maintain it.
Managed-service contracts mean we operate systems we built. Engineers rotate on-call for the systems they own. When something goes wrong at 2am, the person who built it is in the rotation.
We do not have open-plan offices, daily standups, or performance rankings. We have clear scope, documented systems, and people who take responsibility for outcomes.
