Cookie Policy

What we set, what we do not set, and how to control it.

Note: This document is provided for transparency and will be reviewed by counsel before reliance.

This Cookie Policy explains how InnoEdge Technologies Limited and InnoEdge Technologies, Inc. (collectively "InnoEdge") use cookies and similar technologies on innoedgetech.com (the "Site"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make sites work properly, to remember preferences, and — where a site uses advertising or tracking — to build profiles of user behaviour across sessions. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and browser fingerprinting (none of which we use for tracking).

2. What we set

Essential cookies

We may set short-lived, first-party session cookies necessary for the secure operation of the Site — for example, a CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) token that protects the contact and project-intake forms from automated abuse. These cookies contain no personally identifiable information, are not shared with third parties, and expire at the end of your browser session or within a few minutes. They cannot be disabled without breaking form submissions.

Analytics (no cookies)

We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate website statistics. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies of any kind, does not fingerprint users, and does not collect any personal data. What Plausible counts: page views, referral sources, device type, and country — all in aggregate, with no link to any individual. No consent banner or opt-out is required for Plausible because no personal data is processed.

3. What we do not set

We do not set or permit any of the following:

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar).
  • Cross-site tracking cookies that follow you to other websites.
  • Third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics UA / GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Social-media embeds that set cookies (no embedded Like buttons, no embedded Twitter/X feeds).
  • Browser fingerprinting or device-fingerprinting for identification purposes.

5. How to control or remove cookies

Because we set only essential session cookies (no advertising or tracking), there is no consent banner or cookie-preference centre on this Site. The only cookies present serve the security of our forms.

If you wish to remove or block even essential cookies, you can do so through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies entirely may prevent the contact and project-intake forms from submitting successfully. Instructions for common browsers:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Block All Cookies
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data

6. Future changes

If we add third-party embeds (e.g., an embedded video from YouTube or Vimeo), integrate advertising tools, or change our analytics provider in a way that introduces cookies or personal-data processing, we will update this policy and, where required by law, add a consent mechanism before those technologies are activated.
