The problem
Nigerian students aged 14–26 prepare for high-stakes board exams (JAMB UTME, WAEC WASSCE, NECO, NABTEB) using scattered, low-quality, and often inaccurate past-question PDFs. There is no single, validated, board-aligned question bank with explanations and a study experience built for the way young students actually engage.
What we built
- A validated question bank of 81,501 Nigerian exam questions across 47 subject/board combinations (JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB), spanning 2016–2025 plus legacy years.
- Deduplicated, schema-validated content pipeline (raw scrape → merge → dedup → validate → platform-ready) with per-question explanations and a coverage/gap-analysis matrix.
- Cross-platform delivery: student web app plus a native mobile app (Expo / EAS builds shipped to stores).
- Admin tooling for question review, board/subject/year coverage tracking, and seeding.
- Gamified study experience targeted at the 14–26 age group.
