The problem
Events and hospitality operators run commerce, inventory, and on-site monitoring on separate systems with no shared source of truth. Stock counts drift from sales, and physical-site visibility is disconnected from the commercial operation.
What we built
- Events-commerce storefront with inventory management (per the internal product index: "Events commerce · inventory").
- Connected hardware/security layer for on-site monitoring (per memory dossier: hardware/security domain, Go + MQTT stack).
- Brand and web presence migrated from AWS to DigitalOcean while preserving Microsoft 365 email.
